With 5 indoor and outdoor meeting rooms of various size we can accommodate as few as 10 or as many as 250. Each meeting room has all the essential technology to maximize meeting efficiency and comfort, soundproofing, easy to use - on site audio-visual equipment, individually controlled temperature and lighting, conference or folding chairs and both round and rectangular tables that can be arranged in a variety of configurations.
In addition to our meeting rooms, The Retreat has myriad outdoor meeting alternatives; porches overlooking the lake, groves of oak trees, a meadow on the Colorado River and a shaded flagstone patio.
Finally, The Retreat at Balcones Springs recognizes that the value of a conference does not end when the last formal meeting ends each day but continues afterwards as meeting participants unwind, relax and discuss the day's events. For these relaxing moments, we offer comfortable seating around fireplaces, a Hill Country lodge and rocking chairs on porches.
